By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
· Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it;
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
· Create derivative works based on the Application;
· Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
Any unauthorized use of the Application may result in termination of your access.
Jigsaw: Sweet Whisper is a casual puzzle game featuring jigsaw gameplay, artwork collection, level progression, and other entertainment features.
Players may complete puzzles, unlock new artwork, collect virtual content, and progress through different levels and game features.
All characters, images, animations, sounds, virtual items, rewards, and digital content provided within the Application are virtual game content intended solely for entertainment purposes.
The Application is designed as a casual entertainment experience and does not provide real-money gambling services, financial services, investment opportunities, or guaranteed earnings.
All virtual rewards, points, items, and other digital content within the Application have no real-world monetary value and are provided solely for entertainment purposes.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including but not limited to:
· Software code;
· Game design;
· Graphics;
· Characters;
· Artwork;
· Animations;
· Logos;
· Trademarks;
· User interface;
· Audio and visual assets;
are owned by or licensed to Sweet.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Sweet’s trademarks, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
By using the Application, you agree that you will:
· Use the Application only for lawful entertainment purposes;
· Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Application;
· Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
· Not use automated tools, cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software;
· Not engage in activities that may harm the Application or other users.
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual items, premium features, additional content, or other digital content.
All purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and policies of the applicable platform.
Virtual items and digital content:
· Have no real-world monetary value;
· Cannot be exchanged for real money;
· Cannot be transferred outside the Application;
· Are provided for entertainment purposes only.
All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable platform provider.
If the Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
· Payment will be charged to your applicable platform account upon confirmation of purchase;
· Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period;
· Your account will be charged for renewal according to the platform provider’s renewal terms;
· You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings.
Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation procedures may vary depending on the platform provider.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
If you are under the required age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age without appropriate consent.
The Application may include fictional characters, artwork, illustrations, animations, stories, and other entertainment content.
All characters, scenarios, artwork, and game experiences are fictional and created solely for entertainment purposes.
The Application does not represent real individuals, real-world financial opportunities, or real-life services.

The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of its services at any time.
The Application may depend on internet connectivity, device compatibility, operating system versions, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet shall not be liable for:
· Indirect damages;
· Loss of data;
· Loss of profits;
· Business interruption;
· Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.
The Application is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweet and its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
· Your misuse of the Application;
· Your violation of these Terms;
· Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if:
· You violate these Terms;
· You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities;
· Your actions may damage the Application or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately end.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will become effective when published within the Application or through other appropriate methods.
Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sweet is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
